How does it work?

Three steps to get your claim to the company and on the record.

  1. File your complaint

Find the company, describe what happened in detail, and attach evidence if you have it.

  2. The company responds

The company is notified and has a deadline to respond to your claim publicly.

  3. Rate the outcome

Rate the response you got. Your rating builds the company's public reputation.
