Who we are
Libro de Quejas is an EchoSistema S.A. platform with national coverage in Paraguay. We publish what consumers write and what companies answer: the record is public, and it stays.
A bridge, not a pillory
A complaint is not a conviction. A company that answers well and puts things right deserves a profile that says so, just as much as one that never replies. Our job is that both read with equal clarity.
